The Financial Strategy is the tool we use to help guide our big decisions, to ensure they are prudent, and to ensure that we and the community fully understand the effect of these decisions on our services, our rates and our debt. It it framed around our key challenges - affordability, compliance, growth and demand, and climate change & resilience. These are the same four challenges as the Infrastructure Strategy to ensure that our forward planning is well aligned.
