Do you agree with the proposed Fees and Charges for 2024/25?

I sort of agree around user pays re dog fees etc but cost goes up and it’s the honest ones paying when others don’t so we end up with extra cost. There would be plenty of dogs that dog control get called out to that aren’t registered and yes they get fine etc but how many end up paying it.
