I am a pensioner who re located here 7 years ago. To find an extra $500 per year is a large increase far more they expected. Increasing costs for use of the pool I use is also a double blow. I cannot afford to buy a yearly sub of $400+ which would save me money as I have to pay up front no option to pay over a few weeks or months. I wil therefore be hit twice.
