Why if it’s user pays does the dog registration have such a huge increase in comparison to the impounding , this is making it further out of reach even with the applied discounts, when the roaming dogs create most of the work and I feel more often than not they are also the unregistered ones ………… We pay registration every year and have had to make a few calls re roaming aggressive dogs of which nothing appears to be resolved , seems no logic we are being the ones with the huge increase
