I hope you take into consideration the value of submissions that are not due to self-interest. This is one of them. I strongly oppose a fee increase for children at swim zone. Recreational services contribute to the health and well-being of community members. Children who can't afford to swim on hot days in the summer, for example, are probably the ones who need to be there the most. I would hope this would apply to young adults as well. Raising fees at the pool for children (and swim club) is short sighted and false economy.
