Is it possible that the north to west bypass for Morrinsville be altered, from Snell Street (which is residential) to Anderson Street (to a high degree: a commercial street or a street with industries)? This would probably involve nothing more than the installation of speed humps on Snell Street, to ensure traffic does not continue exceeding 50 kilometres an hour, the permitted driving speed . .

The new wastewater service rate -- it appears it will be higher than previously; and could, perhaps, that 'fee' be dropped -- somewhat, if that should be judged feasible?
