I think that something needs to be done for Te Aroha as a town and the spas as a business. The facility is 18 years old now and is starting to show its age and needs some money put into it to upgrade it. As shown in the investment case that has been done their is definitely customer demand. Even if there was some more spas added to the current building and upgrade of current facility. This will help with increasing visitors to the town who come to spend money on food, accommodation and shopping

I think that money should be spent on ensuring the current walking and cycle trails are kept to a high standard as I feel alot of the walks I've done in the district need some TLC
