Alternative option: Continue to steadily improve walking and cycling connections, but over a longer time frame?

Do you have any comments on this?

I would like to see Thompsons Track or the road up Mt. Te Aroha developed into a multipurpose area for walking, mountain biking and horse riding along the same lines as the Redwoods in Rotorua. It would bring people into the area. These are both paper roads/public land. It would cost very little. Just needs signage. Horse riders have nothing available currently in Matamata Piako District.
