Our town centres, especially Te Aroha, needs continued TLC and a Pride of Place Plan. We can't expect to build Te Aroha's tourism industry if we leave our town centre with empty shops and rundown infrastructure.

We need better playgrounds! The only good playground in Matamata is at the primary school on the main street but it's unusable during the school hours.

Do not close the library! Library's are so important to place making - if anything, it needs a new building and an upgrade to services so more age groups can utilise it.
