Why does Te Aroha always come last with everything that could draw people in? We travel out of town to go to good playgrounds. Something big with a pump track would draw people in. There is absolutely nothing here for people. Matamata is already thriving. And with a new stadium coming. I'm sure they can wait for a playground??

As mentioned above the community has a strong support for revitalizing the town. Te Aroha is about to loose three businesses in the cbd which means more empty shops. The town looks and feels so drab. People come here and they have no where to shop and nothing to see but old empty drab shops. Again you only have to look at Matamata and Morrinsville to notice Te Aroha misses out on the love.

Our rates are absolutely disgusting. I realise larger cities have lower rates eg Hamilton however it never used to be this way. When I lived in Hamilton the rates were much higher now we have over taken by a long mile!! And it seems for what???
