A 15% increase to a small property with one person is unfair. Rebates for properties that don’t use the rubbish service due to it being on a Tuesday or Wednesday when not home. Rebate for those that don’t use much water, Pool owners should pay more.

Interested in why with so many new houses paying fees and then rates that older houses have to still pay increased rates. The new builds should be covering that. Hope the country club will help decrease rates for existing houses.
