In relation to hospitality, I feel you have increased our fees substantially in the last five year that it is unreasonable to place further charges on any industry that has suffered greatly over the past four year, I struggle to see how the current fee of $492 (plus the annual fee for the license) is justified for the amount of work done to inspect a kitchen. We here constantly about tourism and are expected to provide a high class experience for visitors and local yet the burden of funding is left with our industry. please leave our fees the same as 2023/2024.
